If this is your first visit to the National Testing Center,
you will need to get a new eTesting password.
Please select New User - Get Password on the left navigation bar.

On rare occasions the Testing Center may reach capacity.
In that case, please wait a while and try again.

The National Testing Center only administers the exams, we will forward
questions regarding exam contents to the appropriate department.

The eTesting password is not the same as your eDirectory password.  When you log in to the eTesting site, you must change your password.

If you need a password reset, do not go back to the eDirectory but click on Existing User - Lost Password on the left navigation bar.

If you require help, you can select FAQs on the left navigation bar to access the frequently asked questions and/or Contact Us - Help Desk on the left navigation bar if you still havn’t gotten your question answered.
